Woke Justice: Punishment First, Trial Later | Ep 153

As wokeism overruns American society, squatters have accumulated higher-status in NY. A woman in NY gets sent to jail after the squatter calls the cops on the homeowner. Dershowitz gives a quick history lesson as the framers of our U.S. constitution considered property rights an essential component of liberty. Trump goes on the offense and sues Stephanopoulos for his shameful interview with Nancy Mace. In which Stephanopoulos said Trump was "liable for rape" which is untrue and incorrect. Trump's case against Stephanopoulos includes defamation with malice - a reckless regard for the truth. Letitia James' is on the path from being NY's incredibly awful District Attorney to being an incredibly awful landlord as she attempts to seize Trump's assets in his $450M bond case. After the interest, loss of the building value and usage of the asset, under NY law, it might be better for Trump to just squat on his own properties. As Peter Navarro beings his 4 month sentence, it's all just an Alice In Wonderland use of the justice system: punishment first, trial later.
